Hedge Fund flagship performances in 2008, and redemptions situation (source: FT).
In this picture you can see how some of the best Hedge Funds managers have suffered losses in 2008 and also have closed or suspended redemptions. For the first time, in September 2008 more Hedge Funds were liquidated than created.
